Quality Value for money Appearance Performance Satisfaction I'm extremely dissapointed and upset with the services, order suppose delivered on 10 Sep'11, but it only completed on 26 Sep'11 due to below reason. - Item colour not the initial order colour and being informed only on the deliver day. - Top bed frame can't fit in, have to wait for another week for the re-deliver. - Supplier forgot to fix the left handle (upper part of the bed frame). Nx delivered, the size of the handle can't fit in again. - Deliver timing always change in last mins, wasted our time waiting at home. This is my first time deal with Beds.sg, however I don't get the good experience and quite dissapointed with the services. Although I understand most of your products is direct come from suppliers, but the poor services provided from the suppliers will effect the reputation of Beds.sg too as consumers are direct deal with Beds.sg not the suppliers.
