Satisfaction Value for money Quality Performance Appearance Delivery team is good and careful, installation is fast. During the installation, the boards from the 2 sections were supposed to be drilled together. However, the screw went right through and left unsightly holes on the other side. i suggest that reselect the screw to slightly shorter ones. Overall rating is 4!

Performance Appearance Satisfaction Value for money Quality Overall quality of the material is good. Just a bit disappointed by the staple from the back of the wardrobe can be seen from inside the wardrobe, not sure whats the cause of it and a small chip at the side above the drawer, this is why I gave 4 stars instate of 5 stars for appearance. Delivery team is good and careful, installation is fast.

Satisfaction Value for money Quality Performance Appearance The product is ok - just that the delivery men broke the glass frame of my feng shui painting while moving the wardrobe into the bedroom. My husband was pretty mad though they replaced it. For the product - I like the fact that we could choose the design for the interior but wished that it is a 3 door rather than a 2 door for the 7 feet wardrobe as the panel is a bit big. The door has a very next texture for its coating and the sliding is smooth. However the hanger is a bit high for the design 4 and 7 which I have choosen. I thought there are shelves above the hanger and then the hanger will be a bit lower. It turned out that the shelve is additional

Performance Appearance Satisfaction Value for money Quality The product itself is very good. However, I am disappointed with the guys doing the installation. 1) Instead of lifting the wardrobe off the ground, they pushed and dragged it on the floor instead. 2) During the installation, the boards from the 2 sections were supposed to be drilled together. However, the screw went right through and left unsightly holes on the other side. 3) There were staples on one side of the board, leaving hole marks on it. 4) There was mishandling during transportation resulting in some scuff marks on the wood. 5) The overall installation was poor because some screws were slanted and the installer guy missed the screw and drill on the board instead.
