Appearance Satisfaction Value for money Quality Performance The sofa is a great & cheap product. The seated area was hard & the back rest area was soft & comfortable. The size is really just nice for my 4 room new flat. Not very big at all. Will recommend to family member & friends. Delivery service was good & on time too.

Value for money Quality Performance Appearance Satisfaction I like the firmness of the seats and the relative softness of the backrest cushions. Friendly and on-time delivery, received a call on the saturday before my monday delivery. And received another call 30 mins prior to arrival. Only thing is i wish the website had said that the extended section was a separate piece and is not connected to the pther two seats! Still, im very happy with my purchase- but as it is new i don't know if it is durable.

Quality Satisfaction Value for money The Quality and Comfort is good and it is surely a value for money. However after one month the middle seat is no more firm, whereas the other 2 seats are fine. Not sure what to do. Need to check whether Beds.Sg sends for their person to check or they will replace. There are couples of things that I found that Beds.SG can improve in the website - In the product description, please state the Leg Rest portion is not attached to the other 2 seats. I was hoping it is!! - In the Lead time, it was stated as 9 days when I order and then the customer service team says it is 12 working days (I wrote them to change it in the website). Finally I got the delivery after 20 days. Matt
