Appearance Satisfaction Value for money Quality Performance Beds.sg service is truly great. They called me the day before delivery and sms me when I missed their call. Besides good communication, the reviews on the products here are also very reliable. It may be best to test the mattress on my own but the savings and relying on the reviews make buying from beds.sg worthwhile. The mattress is not as firm as I hope but it's very comfortable.

Quality Satisfaction Value for money I think quality is just average. My dissatisfaction is the delivery time. Delivery time supposed to be 2 to 5pm but was delayed without even informing. I have to make a few calls to find out why and they arrived only at 6pm which is 1 hour late.
