Quality Satisfaction Value for money Im happy with this mattress, now i can sleep well without feeling any back pain and disturbance for the whole night. It's really comfortable, value for money, it's high recommended for those that having a partner that making a lot of movement in their sleeping time. Before purhase this mattress i'm using Bonnell spring that with warranty for 10yr. Not even 3yr I can feel the spring,that making my back pain and will wake me up if my wife making alot of movement at night. For the delivery I'm giving 5 star right on time and friendly delivery man..... Compliment for them

Quality Satisfaction Value for money First impressions are good, this mattress seems to be good value for money, have only used it for over a month and it is not too hard or too soft just perfect for my case. I would recommend it.

Quality Satisfaction Value for money Just compare it to the other premium overpriced brands that sell for a few thousand dollars and you can see why the mattresses at beds.sg are great value. I would just prefer it to be a tad softer and I think 5-6/10 firmness rating mattresses would appeal to the masses more. Quality is good, its thick and firm. I hope they fix the delivery system where they only plan the delivery schedule one day in advance, they should make it once you select your time slot that it is honoured and strictly kept to and stop taking anymore orders for that time slot once the slots are filled. Time slots should be given on a first come first serve basis but I had re-schedule and both days (day I first selected and then the re-scheduled day) I did not get my preferred time slot.

the mattress will fit into the metal frame. in the event you think it doesn't suit you, you can bring it back to us for an exchange.
but please be reminded that packaging cannot be removed and must be in original condition for exchange or refund within 7 days.
if you aren't able to bring it back to us yourself and need our transportation there will be a restocking fee of $30.
