Satisfaction Value for money Quality Performance Appearance Mattress delivery was prompt and quality/looks were better than expected, but kids complained that it was uncomfortable/firm and too thin. With help from Beds.sg customer service, ended up exchanging them for Magickoil Kiddyland mattress for kids, which was thicker. Must say their customer service is superb and very helpful in their suggestions! Their 7 days exchange policy is ideal for shopping online without trying the mattresses. Let's hope the kids like their new beds, since just received delivery of the exchanged mattresses today!
