Mattress arrived and is as firm as it was advertised.  Even arrived in a double layer of protection, unlike the usual plastic sheet covering.

Delivery men were friendly and arrived within specified time.  Value for money.

I purchased this mattress because I have lower back injuries and I needed to sleep on a harder surface. It took a little bit of getting used to but it feels good to wake up with less pains now.

I love the firmness. It gives very good support although e appearance looks cheap. It's covered by e bedsheet so doesn't matter. Value for money
