No complains on the product, however is very curious as to why delivery guys can dispose old mattress but not queen size box divan(1pc).



BEDS.sg's reply: Hi Benson. We can dispose of old mattresses because we are able to send them to an agent who helps us recycle them. We however do not have a method to recycle wooden stuff such as a box divan. We can suggest that you contact your town council or condo management if you need to dispose of the box divan. Hope this helps :)

Have only used the bed for less than a week but first impressions are good, Bed seems strong and it looks nice.

The only bad thing was the delivery, it took close to two (2) months for BedsSG to deliver the bed and 8 attempts finally at the end they sent the right frame.  I was not happy with this and I think our case was very unfortunate and hopefully an isolated one.  Despite the ordeal, I think it is worth trying as the product seems to be good value for money.

I had to return the bed, because the hydraulics were not able to support the weight of my 9-inch magic koil orthepedics mattress. After opening the storage, it would collapse back down.

The hydraulics should be improved to heavier rated ones.
