Satisfaction Value for money Quality Performance Appearance So far, I feel good about this chair. It functions well and provides suitable support to my back and lumb. The only concern is on the durability of this chair, as materials are mostly plastic. The head support also could be improved further.

Satisfaction Value for money Quality Performance Appearance Pre-sale was good and delivery guys were friendly and knowledgeable. The hand rest was good but the seat was too small and not so comfortable. Head rest hardly use when you are typing. But when resting you can rest comfortably.

Quality Value for money Appearance After 1 month of usage, chair is all that i asked for and a little bit more. The mini back cushion helps to maintain correct posture of my lower back. Mesh back improves air circulation in humid Singapore weather. Rollers are quite sturdy and work well even on my (non-fluffy) carpet. The headrest is hardly used as I do not lean back to do typing/gaming but it is a nice feature to have when sitting back, watching movies on my desktop. The armrest also provides relief for tired typing arms when on a break. Chair was fixed on the spot upon delivery. BEDs.sg also was kind enough to provide free delivery for this order. Super service + awesome product = value for money.

Quality Value for money Appearance Performance Satisfaction 1 gripe, only the height of the chair can be adjusted. The recline of the chair cannot be changed. I kept reclining backwards when seated which is not always ideal if I want to work upright at my computer. Chair looks fine but quality only so-so. This is because within a week, the hydraulic cylinder for adjusting the height of the chair became faulty, cannot adjust the height anymore. Although, now, the recline got stuck and i got an upright chair. can't win either way! haha. i'd probably pay more for a better chair in future.

Quality Value for money Appearance Here is my review if the chair: Delivery is prompt and pre-sale customer service is good! The chair is firm and comfortable with good lower back support. The back mesh is cooling in a non-aircon environment as I use this at home. Good adjustment for height and tilt function, head rest height adjustment (not too important to me though). My kid is a happy camper as he uses it often for study. Overall happy with the purchase and I will recommend it for those looking for a value for money purchase.
