This chair made me realise the great customer support fortytwo offered. Bought one with hydraulics that failed on the 7th day, maintenance crew came on the 8th and replacement arranged asap by the team.
do check for slantedness of chair.
likewise with all other leather chairs, gets warm, sticky and sweaty if u are sitting on it in a non-aircon room.
very comfortable back rest, especially lower back and neck for me (1680mm tall). position of the cushions were ergonomically designed
not suitable with low tables; hand rests are 715mm high. if your table is too low, you cant push it in further underneath the table; bad for your back.
very comfortable if combined with table that has a clear height of 725mm; the hand rests make a good extension to reach your mouse and keyboard.
Do not, i repeat, do not wear shirts with prints on the back; it sticks to the leather when you lean back.
10/10 would buy again. cheaper alternative than secret lab gaming chairs for gamers. Review on RockFord Exe Chair

My husband's weight is 70kg while the max load of the chair is 120kg. But the chair seat keeps going down after he sits for a while. The wheels are very dirty, left stain marks on my floor. I have to clean them one by one. Pretty and Comfortable chair
