Item was purchased online before Christmas 24th Dec 2021 and was delivered 27th Dec. Chair itself is very sturdy and yet very light and quite comfortable to sit in.
Delivery guy was very efficient and professional. Was very courteous and called before delivery. Also helped assemble the chair within minutes upon delivery.

Chair delivered maybe not assembled in proper manner - creaky shaky when sitting on it always tilting forward - lever to adjust not working - product description misleading Nice & Comfy
