When delivery this chair in my office, the delivery person was very kindness and politely took care of this for me.
This chair was exactly same as I saw on the Fortytwo web, the design and comfort of chair are great !

The product was assembled at the void deck as the delivery staff was trying to minimize physical contact with customer. When it arrived at the doorstep, the Chinese delivery staff was polite. After he left, I noticed the chair wasn't properly assembled. I called up the customer service hotline, but it took a long time for someone to pick up the phone. However, Calista on the other end of the line was polite and helpful. In the past, they would have arranged for another appointment for the staff to return to check the item. However, Calista managed to recall the delivery staff almost immediately, and I was very impressed.
The chair is good and the quality looks like something that is worth $300. The PE leather is soft, and has no wrinkles. However, if you don't turn on the air conditioning often you should always get a fabric model.

A great product from fortytwo! A very comfortable chair and it could seen well constructed, very generous with the padding on the chair. Only complains are the delivery took a while compared to ordering on other places and the wheels are abit stiff when moving the chair around. Nonetheless, its a great product and I am able to see myself using the chair for a long time to come. Highly recommended!! Value for money
