The chair quality was not very good and hence had returned back this product upon receiving. There are better quality available at stores for same price.. we expect online to be cheaper but the quality was not satisfactory at all Faulty left Arm Handle

Two screws drop off from the left arm chair handle , wake and loose arm support after just sitting use around two weeks ... this chair unable support heaviler weight , the chair rollers don't move around smooth when sitted , bad purchased ... will ask for refund ! Good ergo office chair

Bought 4 grey chairs, slight disappointment is the headrest when it’s put to the backrest it’s not comfortable @all. It is a good buy

I like the adjusting options this chair has. Not the most comfortable chair but can be sit on whole day for work. Back support is good. Arm rest is not so comfortable, It's just plastic. Comfortable chair

This chair is not as sturdy as it looked. It is still acceptable in terms of price range and comfort level.
