I thought it was a regular chair but when I use it for sewing and studies, it helps with my back and concentration. I definitely recommend this for those struggling with back issues. Delivery was prompt and on-time. Service of delivery team was good. The chair was quite comfortable except for the mesh cover seat but ok after putting a thin seat cushion on top of it. Overall good buy and value for money. Office Chair highly recommended
