Not a comfortable chair

Returned this product with the help on the forty two team, currently awaiting refund. The chair looks good enough, but it's mesh, so it's scratchy and can get warm. The key part was the wheels, which weren't very smooth and there is a constant worry that it will scratch the floor. Not advisable to get it.
