The high and rocking back is a plus for this chair. The rocking can be locked if you dont like it. The lumber support fit just nice. The metal legs are solid. However, just 1 flaw, a non-quality plastic hand rest. Overall, a very good buy office chair. Comfort seating.

There are several sharp edges on the base of the chair, that could easily cut the user's feet. The lever to raise and lower the seat is not working smoothly and gets stuck in position. The cushion is too thin. Good chair Good Value

This is my first time ordering a furniture online. I am satisfied with the overall item and service of FortyTwo. Firstly, the chair is comfortable and it looks good. The metal frame came protected in Styrofoam cover. The outer rims of the wheel is a bit dirty but it was a small issue. Secondly, the delivery time is fast and I received the chair within a few days. Thirdly, it has 3 year warranty and there are a variety of ways to reach customer support. Finally, I like how FortyTwo provided me the invoice in a nice sleeve upon delivery, it is professional and makes me feel valued as a customer. I would recommend FortyTwo to anyone who is looking for furniture during this work from home period. Great comfortable chair

Fortytwo has been my online shopping favorite and ordered this one as replacement for earlier chair ordered which I found too big for my room. This one is quite nice comfortable chair and smooth to roam around and feels like free flow while rotating and moving . The arm-rest is flexible and back flip also good . You can never go wrong with forty two with awesome return policy
