Its firm but not too hard. However the edges are softer than the center. Value for money overall. Firmness is not hard enough.

After checking both online and in store mattresses, this one is one of the firmer ones. Besides, the manufacturer gives 15 years warranty for it. Feel that it's worth the extra bucks. Tested it and got 2 more for my kids. Really value for money. Value for money mattress

Compared several mattresses in stores and online, this one is firm enough for those with backaches and has 15 years warranty. Definitely not the cheapest but if comparing value and cost, it's worth the extra bucks because there's real quality and comfort. Besides, the manufacturer dares to offer 15 years warranty for this product. super satisfaction

product quality is super good...up to 700-800 dollar sold in Courts or other place, but just half price being paid!!!
what's more, I happened to make payment twice, but easily get refund the other day when I turn to the online assistant.

I ordered ( and returned this as it is not hard enough for me). But for the benefit of the others who are considering and wants to try the firmness or quality, you can visit COURTS to try the MAXCOIL CELESTIAL MATTRESS. The firmness is the same, quality is much better, and you save almost $300! It would have been a steal for me....
Good luck. The mattress is very comfortable! U can fell right to sleep on it!!
