I received this product with quite serious pill on the pillowcase and reflected it to the customer service. Got it swiftly exchanged at my doorstep in 3 days and I am truly impressed by their customer support team.
Personally I was caught offguard that the bedsheet itself is white, would personally prefer it to be navy - will advise fortytwo to showcase that the bedsheet is white in the sample preview.
It is a very comfortable bedding set to sleep on but it does pill quite easily. I do notice some pills were created around the area where my legs are active and I am unsure if this is the nature of Tencel, or the quality sufferred slightly because I got it on sale.
Regardless, buyers can buy at ease as the customer support is really good. Surprisingly Comfortable

This is our best find for quality quilt covers with reasonable price. So far like bought 8 sets or more over a year.
Bamboo n Tencel range is our favourite. They are so comfortable n elegant.
Hope to have more new designs soon.

Once u use it u'l have a changed in bedding standard. Far better than hotel collections. It felt MAJESTICALLY PERFECTLY GOOD. Soft silky and cool. Highly recommended. No regrets. good tencel sheets

Great packaging and material of the sheets considering the average price of tencel sheets. One of the lowest prices in the market though the fitted sheet is fairly thin
