The quality is pretty good but it’s what you should expect for non pocketed spring mattress. Very bouncy and the spring can be felt when you lay on it. I must say I am very impressed with customer service though, very helpful when I gave feedback and helped me resolve my issue. Delivery men also called before delivery and are polite. My go to for affordable furniture.
