The seat firmness stated was medium firm but we think it is really toward the extra firm scale.somewhere 7/10. Same goes for the back rest. However over quality is good. However cant argue that it is quite subjective. Awesome

Bought a sofa online - really my first, just agreed on the delivery schedule only to realized that i have an urgent zoom meeting during the designated delivery slot. I wrote to FortyTwo to reschedule the delivery to a day later without any hassle.
What was more surprising was when i made a casual remark to FortyTwo CS- Ash Far about 'so sad, just bought yesterday and there is a discount on the same piece. Haiz'
Ash's next reply completely took me threw me off.
'Oh don't worry about it. I have processed a refund back to the same card for the price difference....'
This is my very first online purchases and Ash Far of FortyTwo, you have definitely made this experience extremely pleasant!
Furniture arrived on time and assembled it quickly and professionally. When friends came over, they were extremely shocked with the price, comfort + my experience, they unanimously agreed that Forty Two sells super value for money furniture and brought customer service to the next level. Kudos!
