Tenant is happy with the quality. Was at first concerned 6/10 softness is too soft but tenant says it's ok, doesnt sink in like their previous mattress from elsewhere. I tested another mattress at Fortytwo showroom and hardness seems ok too.
Delivery was suddenly announced on actual day to be earlier than my selected time, but a call to the hotline managed to get me the original time slot i needed. Overall experience was good. Decent quality for good price

Firmness is pretty good. The surface can feel a little irregular for those who are sensitive to this, then something like a memory foam topper will make it great. Comfort Dreams Back Support Spring Mattress
