The person who sleep on it wanted a 'softer' mattress after I ordered. No complaint after sleeping on.
This firm mattress is a good buy. It is firmer than 6/10 I think. But, not hard. Can tell it is 'softer' than the 7/10 MaxCoil Athena Mattress with I bought together. No complaint.

Overall purchase experience is 5 stars.
For a 6 in firmness, I was expecting the mattress to be firmer than what I received. Maybe I should have purchased an 8 in firmness instead, as I prefer a slightly firmer mattress. Overall purchase experience is 5 stars.

Comfortable bed and beds.sg service
Beds.sg service is truly great. They called me the day before delivery and sms me when I missed their call. Besides good communication, the reviews on the products here are also very reliable. It may be best to test the mattress on my own but the savings and relying on the reviews make buying from beds.sg worthwhile.
The mattress is not as firm as I hope but it's very comfortable. -
