Cushion is quite flimsy and the material could be better same goes for the wood and the appearance of it could be better too since there are some wooden chips at the sides etc

Item came with defects.
Requested for an exchange. CS was very prompt and immediately arranged for an exchange delivery within few days. Good delivery service too. The price is a bit expensive but I bought it for the size.
