Quite a good quality mattress and doesn't feel cheap. The softness is just nice, not too hard or too soft. Was initially worried about it being too soft as the rating for firmness is 4/10. Overall a comfortable mattress.

Comfortable mattress
It was so comfortable that both my kids love the new mattress compare to their old ones. I slept on it too not so hard it's just nice for the kids.
