Comfortable with good support
Bought this for my elderly parents. Their feedback is that this mattress is comfortable n has good support.

Mattress firmness was not as per order
I ordered for Magic coil Extra Firm mattress (firmness scale of 7 to 8). The mattress that was delivered was of Medium Firm (firmness scale 5 to 6). I was able to determine the firmness only after opening the plastic wrap. As per terms and conditions the mattress can not be returned after opening the plastic wrap. Please note also that that there was a strong smell (like dry fish) on the mattress after opining wrap. I think it got the smell from the warehouse.

Mattress is firm, only set back is delivery timing, it is costly to have it delivered after office hour.
