It was an easy & straightforward order. Good reminder through text message the previous day. Delivery was prompt.
It was a good experience, with the added service of free disposal of old mattress. It does away with the need to arrange for another party & pay a fee for the old mattress removal. Simply great!
The only issue we encountered was choosing the mattress based on hardness. Although the hardness rating was "7", we could not know exactly "how hard or soft" it was... unlike the showroom experience. It turned out to be harder than we would like. Since we had to unwrap to try out, we did not attempt to exchange or return.
Anyway, it was a great shopping experience. And we will be back for more. -
