TV console which ticks almost all the right boxes. However it does not have a wire hole at the back hence have to exchange the console

Hiccups but overall OK
The product has slight decolouration and another minor issue. I was disappointed naturally but customer service was prompt to address and proposed fair suggestions and options. Eventually we reached a private agreement to end the matter amicably. Thanks

Stylish and sturdy console
TV console is bigger than expected but very nice and chic when setup. Stable and spacious storage space. Friendly delivery staff installed on the spot but the tracks for the sliding doors are jerky and jam easily. Took the staff more than half hour to fix it but the sliding doors are still not smooth. The TOP drawer has a tiny chipped off and slight scratches due to testing the sliding doors during installation. Staff assured 100 days free return if unsatisfied. Overall still happy with the product but considering to arrange for an exchange.

Sturdy material but..
The TV console is sturdy and able to fit our 40" TV.
The only bad part is there's no hole on the top or behind the TV console to connect the TV cables and hide in the console.
