Just as in picture. You can remove the cushion if you prefer it plain. Bit pricy though.

Too Pricy BUT OK With It!
Although the product is pretty good quality , the price tag is a bit high.
One thing good about this stool is that the cushion can be removed. So at times I used it as a side table for my cups .
