Bought for father-in-law. Firm sofa suitable for older folks to sit and get up. Color is nice, sofa is sturdy.

It my first time purchased. Service and quality is my expectation...very good and satisfied with no worries.
1st delivered items was damaged. Thank you to delivery man, he immediately assist me to report and make arrangement. Customer service too did a good job. Within an hour called and rescheduled for exchanged. It was fast and promptly arrangement. Quality was great. Thank you Forty Two. Overall I am happy. God job and keep it up -

Nice sofa, although my kids mentioned alittle hard when they first sit on, probably after a few more rounds of sitting, will get softer?

Budget sofa
Thin cushioning that makes it feels hard, and not because cushion is firm.
The two legs at the centre are floating by about 5mm above floor, so will hear knocking sound when we sit down and stand up.
Too early to assess reliability.
If given a choice, I would prefer to pay 20 ~ 30% more to get a better quality build sofa. -
