This is overcharging service where one need to pay sgd50 for disposal of tv console but I bought an equivalent item at the same time.

Bulky Items Disposal Service
The workers were very careful getting it out of the apartment. The only thing it was left at the lift lobby, I was worried that there would have complaints as access to lifts was tight. It was taken away with no issue.

Disposal of Old Sofa
Delivery men requested for additional fee for disposal of old sofa which they claimed it was big item. We refused to pay the extras as we have advised your customer service at the time of purchase to dispose our old large sofa during delivery.
