Materials & Construction

• Fabric: Upholstered in breathable 100% polyester fabric, offering excellent durability together with wrinkle- and fade-resistant properties. Its breathable construction promotes air circulation for lasting everyday comfort.
• Frame: Expertly constructed from laminated veneer lumber (LVL), ENF-grade plywood, and solid wood components to ensure lasting strength, stability, and structural support.
• Seat: Crafted with high-resilience polyurethane foam, premium latex foam, and premium Dacron fibre. The cushioning is supported by 3.6 mm No-Sag springs and reinforced with premium elastic webbing, providing exceptional comfort, resilience, and long-lasting support.
• Backrest: Generously filled with a carefully balanced blend of fine micro-polyester fibre, premium Dacron fibre, and premium latex foam, delivering soft yet supportive cushioning for enhanced relaxation.
• Legs: Supported by sturdy solid rubberwood legs finished in a rich dark-walnut stain, adding warmth, durability, and timeless elegance to the overall design.

Maintenance Guidelines

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to help preserve the sofa’s original colour and appearance.
• Vacuum the upholstery at least once a week to remove dust, dirt, and loose particles.
• Attend to spills and stains immediately to prevent them from setting into the fabric.

Stain Removal

• Vacuum the affected area carefully to remove any loose particles.
• Apply a small amount of clean water and gently blot the stain using a clean white paper towel.
• Do not rub the area or use circular motions with the paper towel, as this may leave fibres on the fabric.
• Repeat the blotting process until no further stain transfers onto the paper towel.
• Apply a little more clean water and gently clean the affected area with a clean microfibre cloth.
• For stubborn stains, apply a small amount of plain white bar soap and gently work it into the fabric using light circular motions. Use the soap sparingly.
• Repeat the process as necessary until the stain has been completely removed.

Drying

• Allow the fabric to air-dry naturally.
• To accelerate drying, direct a fan towards the damp area.
• Do not use a hairdryer or expose the fabric to direct heat, as excessive heat may cause permanent damage.

Warranty Guidelines

• Frame Structure: Covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Upholstery Covers: Covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Other Components: Covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes foam and fibre fillings, feathers, stitching, zips, fasteners, springs, suspension systems, legs, sliders, drawers, swivel bases, reclining mechanisms, and electrical components.
