The Maliland Dolphin 2 in 1 Back Care Mattress is designed to suit the most demanding sleeper who require combination of extra firm back support with extra comfort. This mattress is made with dual side, with dual firmness.
The Top side is made with Natural Coconut Fiber for unparalleled full back support at the firmness scale of 9/10 (very hard). The Bottom side is made with High Density Orthopedic Foam, that will also provide excellent back support, but less firm at the firmness scale rating of 8/10 (extra firm). Flip to the side that suit your firmness requirement without having to buy 2 different mattresses!
