Brown colour was lighter than expected. The fabric material are rough. Sometimes the backrest flipped back unexpectedly. The mechanism was not perfect. Not quite comfortable to sleep on. First timer on getting this sofa from fortytwo, everything was swift and system response was great, delivered on actual agreed timing without delay, has some minor issue with product during delivery handling, customer service took it seriously and attend the matter at soonest to ensure customer feel satisfied with their service… Outstanding thumbs up
