I phoned in to get recommendations about on getting a new mattress for my mum. The lady on the phone was really friendly and helpful - she shared with me her personal experience since her parents and herself are also using this mattress. After further consideration, I went ahead with this since there is a 100 day return policy and I can exchange it needed. Delivery was smooth and my mum loved it! No issues so far. Mattress was neither too soft nor too hard. Fits perfectly for someone that is large in size too. Thank you FortyTwo! Value for money !!
