Notes:

• Back Cabinet: Has exposed backing to allow space for the inlet and outlet piping protruding from the wall in certain houses.
• Table Top: Have 2 holes to accommodate inlet and outlet pipes for the sink tap and drain. Please refer to the included image for more information.
• A $50 delivery surcharge will apply to purchases below $500 of Hauzstil products. The surcharge will be waived for purchases above $500.
• For customers who have opted out of installation, we strongly recommend having the product installed by a licensed tradesperson to prevent any potential issues or disputes.
• Four screws will be included for customers who have opted out of installation.

Installation Notes: 

• Basic vanity basin installation on a concrete wall — $80 per unit.
• Basic mirror cabinet installation on a concrete wall — $40 per unit.
• Add-on: Connect basin faucet to existing water point — $130 per unit.
• The installer will contact the customer prior to installation once an order has been confirmed.
• All installation fees must be agreed with the installer before installation work begins.
• Total installation charges will be paid directly to the installer on site.

Warranty:

• 1-Year Limited Aluminum Powder Coating/ Surface Panel Warranty.
• This 1-Year warranty is based on the delivery order date which covers manufacturing defects in door panel colour and powder coating only.

Warranty Exclusions: 

• It does not cover damage or defects caused by normal wear and tears, misuse or abuse, accidents or disasters, unauthorized repairs or modifications, failure to follow instructions, use of incompatible or defective parts, maintenance-related issues, or damage caused by third party products.

Product Care Instructions:

• Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent-water solution for regular cleaning, and avoid prolonged exposure to water.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to prevent surface damage.
• Handle glass, compact panels, and aluminum parts with care, and avoid placing heavy or sharp objects on surfaces to prevent impact, dents, scratches, or other damage.

Note: Dismantling services are not included. This includes the unscrewing or removal of any items mounted or fixed to the wall.
