Good delivery service
It fits in nicely in my living room as my little work station. The delivery guy managed to come back a day later and change the shelves position after I realised I made a wrong mistake in my order indication. Good service! Great Service All Round
Firstly, I would like to mention that the customer service that I got from FortyTwo has been outstanding.
When i first ordered the products I make a mistake with the dates and thought the delivery was to be done on an earlier date so i took leave from work and while i was waiting i noticed that i was'nt contacted to inform me of the time of delivery.
So i called the customer helpline and they kindly clarified that the dates were updated because another item that i have ordered didnt have stock.
I then proceed to inform the customer service officer that i would like to self collect the Bestille Desk personally and she took the trouble to make additional arrangements for me to pick it up at their warehouse.
Everything was a breeze and i would like to commend the great flexibility and top service provided.
last but not least, the product was value for money and looked exactly like the picture and description. satisfied with this purchase
delivery guy installed this table pretty well, ensuring the foots are all stable on the ground to prevent movement. Aesthetically very pleasing and my tenant loves it. Worth for money
