Good value, but not as good as before
and for the previous three times, this carpet has really been great quality for its value, and was the best kind of carpet that I imagined I could get for this price. However, this time, I wonder if the manufacturer is trying to further cut down its production cost to make it a more budget kind of product, because we can obviously feel that the density of the "fur" is reduced such that the underlying base cloth can be seen, like seeing the scalp of someone who suffers from hair loss, which makes the carpet look somewhat unsightly from certain angle. The cushion feeling of the carpet also feels much thinner than before when we step on it or lie on it, not in a subtle way, as we can tell, because we have been using the identical carpet for three years in a row and spend most of our leisure time on it. If this is the same quality I got as before, I would definitely recommend because of the great value it prescribes. However, given the current quality, even for such a budget price, I would recommend rather getting something above S$200 for a peace of mind, instead of using something that is too lowly built to feel even contented.
