Purchased with special CNY discount and received the chair before CNY. However, the inner section of the seat close to the back rest gave a loud click sound whenever you seat down and stand up. The customer service response promptly to my problem and exchanged the chair for me after CNY. The quality of the material is good, the seat/back rest is firm and comfortable. The reclining position is comfortable too. Rollers of the chair are smooth and easily to move around. The hand rest swivel function supposed to be good but was too loose and became irritating when a small movement causes it swivel unnecessarily. Head cushion pillow is too firm and caused uncomfortablility to neck or head. Fortunately some of the fillings can be removed easily via the pillow zip. Overall still a pleasant and satisfactory purchase.

The chair is amazingly comfortable and serves as a perfect office chair for my staff. To be honest, i feels it somehow improves their efficiency too! The KaneX series is sleek and top notch design too.

Find that the seat was abit hard. After seating for a few days got accustomed to it. Chair is stable and secure. Come with a rest for the lower back.
