Wonderful, value-for-money pillow. So wonderful, this is actually my 2nd purchase. Firmness is just ideal, not soft and definitely not too hard.

Very happy and satisfied with the pillow. A little disappointed with the bolster. Was expecting to be firmer. I guess it’s a bundle deal hence it is what it is. Price for the bundle is good.
