The installation services provided was excellent. The whole bed frame set up completed within 1.5 hours despite the huge size and the staff are friendly as well.

Love the bed!
Perfectly meets our need as we didn’t have space for headboard. The only thing is that if your mattress is very heavy (like mine), need sine efforts to push it aside to get access to open up the lid for the 3 compartments underneath. So having a lighter mattress will certainly help. Nonetheless, am happy with the bed!
